Why Slit Size in a Hyperspectral Camera matters

We are introducing a new 5 µm slit option for all our BlackIndustry SWIR 1.7 cameras!
Pairing small slit size with high spatial resolution sensors gives us now the ability to uncover absorption features in minerals which were previously not visible with typical SWIR hyperspectral cameras in 900-1700 nm range
