New Head of Production: Meet Nils

We are excited to welcome Nils to our team!
Since the beginning of 2025, Nils Gresbrand has been our new Head of Production at HAIP Solutions, contributing wealthy expertise and enthusiasm from his previous working positions.
What he finds the most fascinating aspect of his work is the exploration of the invisible. Overseeing production of our cutting-edge hyperspectral camera technology, he is helping our customers to reveal what’s otherwise invisible – an exciting challenge in a field that is still unfamiliar to many.
Outside of work, Nils is a hobby beekeeper and wood burner and is always busy with new projects. When he’s not tending to his bees or stoking wood, he’s baking his own bread or brewing spicy ale.
When asked about the values he looks for in an employer and how he has experienced them so far at HAIP Solutions, Nils answered: „Transparency, sustainability, innovation and future security with a sense for people and the environment are very important to me. I’ve already experienced an impressive amount of all these values in my first days here“.
